Thank you for considering a donation to the Tanzania EMS Project’s (TZEMS) efforts to create and sustain a high-quality EMS system in the Arusha area of Tanzania. Traumatic injuries are the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in Tanzania, with the majority of them occurring in the prehospital setting. Tanzania has no public EMS system, with only a patchwork of ambulance services that are prohibitively expensive for average Tanzanians, have virtually no medical equipment and limited training.

Donations in any amount make it possible for Tanzanian’s in the Arusha area to access high quality pre-hospital care.

Operation Bootstrap Africa’s (OBA) is the fiscal sponsor for TZEMS (they hold, dispense and verify all proceeds and payments).
